Spanning over 45 squares, the home features generous open-plan living spaces, multiple family zones, and a thoughtfully designed layout that maximises natural light, privacy, and connection to the outdoors. The split-level configuration creates a sense of depth and character throughout the home while reducing the need for excessive site works often associated with difficult blocks.
