This modern exterior plays with a combination of materials and coastal colour tones to create a standout custom design. The layout of the home was designed to have the Main Living and Kitchen area as the heart of the home, with the Master Retreat at the rear of the home, separated from the other Bedrooms. The layout of the home was designed in consideration of the future Outdoor Living area and to create an open living extension between inside and out. The use of skylights through the Main Living area also help to draw natural light into the space.
