A large family of varying ages were about to embark on the journey of building their first home. With it being situated on the side of a hill (steep fall), they asked for a ground-floor kid zone with a split-level guest zone and a first-floor living area to show off the spectacular views were the first items on the list. A traditional facade with contemporary internal styling was also requested to ensure that their home was highlighted and had a sense of modernity.
