This custom modern hamptons home was designed and specified to create a unique facade and style amongst a new housing estate. Designed with the attention to detail for ornate accents, whilst utilising bright whites, blue-greys and oak timbers to provide a bright and bold home. A Ground Floor Guest wing was incorporated to accomodate for a secondary living area with a separate Kitchenette, Bedroom, Ensuite and Lounge. The First Floor houses the Master wing with a separate Retreat area and Balcony to the front of the house with the other Bedrooms towards the back.
