The predominantly monochromatic scheme is complimented by the use of natural timbers, an aesthetic that continues seamlessly from the facade, through to the internal selections for a seamless transition between the external and internals. The large glazing panels and open plan living layout of the rear of the ground floor intend to draw in the views of the rear landscaping and pool area, and take advantage of the northern orientation for natural lighting to flow through the space.
