This custom designed family home is a modern take on a coastal design. Selecting a colour palette that run consistently from the externals through to the internals provides a seamless transition as you move through the home. We have custom designed this home to suit the obscure shaped corner block, and played on materials to create further articulation to the elevations. This is adopted internally as the split level floors use different floor finish to articulate between the areas also, and playing on similar materials in lighting fixtures, and future furniture selections to showcase a well planned and designed home.
